Gap Mangione Quintet - November 3 2014 - Old Mill

Monday November 3 2104 was the third show in Jazz.FM91's Sound Of Jazz Concert Series in the Old Mill dinning room. The featured artist was the Gap Mangione Quintet, brother and former musical partner to Chuck Mangione.

Once again, Jazz.FM91 asked if I would be interested in shooting the event. Great music from Gap and Chuck's 50 plus year career, including The Jazz Brothers music from the early 1960s and from each brothers solo careers over the years.

A smokin' great band and very enjoyable music. Gap was very friendly and approachable and took the time after the show to sign CDs and chat with fans. Damn I love jazz and it's personalities!
